A major windstorm hit the Quinte Area and knocked down this home owners fence. We were tasked with repairing the fence. We were able to install 4 new posts and repair the fence.

This unit had no railing on the stairs and no Newel Post at the bottom of the stairs. Not only a safety hazard, but aesthetically required attention. Our attention to detail can be seen in the finished product, solid, functional yet fashionable.

Previous Tenant had decided to decorate the basement with multiple colours and layers of paint. Scope of work: smooth walls (done by The Previous Tenant had damaged the property beyond basic cleaning. The entire property had to be emptied as it had been a hoarders paradise. This was previously a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with unfinished storage and laundry in the basement. Everything in this property has been cleaned and sanitized, painted and what was required to be replaced was replaced. Our team redesigned the unit from a 2 bedroom 1 bath to a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home with full finished recreation room in the basement. The Landlord was able to lease the property for market rent which increased his profit yearly.
